The tender dossier sets the exact list of documents. Order no. 0017/PM/ARCOP of 18 January 2023 lists those it may require: bid letter and price schedule, sworn declaration, ARCOP non-exclusion certificate, bid bond, non-bankruptcy certificate, Labour Inspectorate and CNSS certificate, tax compliance certificate (ARF), Chamber of Commerce certificate. Requirements vary with the type and value of the contract.
How does public procurement work in Niger?
Public procurement in Niger is governed by the code of public procurement and public service delegations (decree no. 2022-743/PRN/PM of 29 September 2022). The ARCOP regulates the system, the DGCMP/OB carries out prior review of files, and notices appear on the marchespublics.ne portal.
